10. Do I Need To Clean Before I Move Out?

I appreciate you asking this. The prices we pay are definitely fair. Please understand, however, that fair price and market value are not the same things. If the house needs repair, we subtract all the expenses associated with the repairs from its market value and arrive at a reasonable price.

14. What is the process for determining the price to offer on my house?
Basically:

We note what needs to be repaired during the walkthrough. Our contractors help us accomplish this. We only repair what really needs to be repaired in order to keep costs low.
