Q: Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: We love this question because it goes to the heart of what we do. We are not real estate sales agents who are looking to snag a listing. Q: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: Our evaluation process is very straightforward. We have to look at the needed repairs, the location of the property, the property’s current condition, and the values of comparable houses that have recently sold in the nearby area.

Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
